Okay, so updates...

ACen stuff has been getting drawn. I have a bunch more to do, however. But that can wait a little, where as school stuff can't. But I will have business cards ready to go with my little CMC/Gen(in Kanji) logo I've been signing my art with. I hadn't thought to do that til a guy at the AIGA Portfolio review suggested it after I showed him my Cloud Ukiyo-e print.

Oh, speaking of that guy, he is the owner of a web design firm in Troy, MI. He is buying one or two of my Merzbow Poster prints, AND I might get an internship there. He said he'd ask someone if they had a spot open. Meanwhile, there is another internship possibility in Detroit, which I know is a paid internship to boot. So in terms of finding an internship I'm ahead of the curve. However I still need to get on top of getting financial aid so I can finish school -__-; damnit.

I've been working on an animation for Intermediate Graphic Design (art 302). It's going alright, but it is a lot of work. I'm doing three different styles of animation, starting with crayon frame by frame, then pencil frame by frame, then live action video turned into xeroxed pages, and re-animated. Though I might just simulate that last part, since I need to have it DONE for a progress critique on Monday. Wish me luck on that.

I entered a character into the "The World Ends With You" contest on this here Deviant Art thinga-ma-jig. I found it funny the game takes place in Shibuya, when right now one of my favorite genres of music is Shibuya-Kei. Go figure, right? So I made a character that is modeled around the Mod style. I also designed a girl, but that is not done yet, but should be before the deadline of April 22nd.

I'm in the school's library right now, printing out posters for work. Afterwards I hope to have enough time to get my haircut before my OTHER job at the carpet store.
